For over a decade, Nellie was a caterer and food stylist in the Hollywood entertainment industry. While working in this industry, she visited New Orleans for the first time, and a deep love for and fascination with the city was instantly planted in her heart. She knew right away that it was a place she wanted to call home, which she now does! Nellie is now a proud New Orleans resident ready to share her grazing board glory with the people of this town!
